Broccoli & Courgette Muffin
A subtle way to introduce the slightly bitter flavour of broccoli. Containing vitamin B6 & folate, needed for growth & brain development.
Cook from frozen. Place on a microwavable dish heat on full power for 30-40 secs per muffin. Leave to cool slightly before removing from the microwave. Do not re-heat. Alternatively, let them defrost in the fridge overnight.
